you already have what it takes

You want to create yoga classes students love and return to week after week. You strive to be intentional about every aspect of your teaching, but it's not always clear how to keep evolving. You’re ready to teach with more depth, you’re just not sure how to access it.

You may be noticing things like:

  • You’re spending hours piecing together sequences but still feel unsure about how they’ll flow in class.

  • You repeat basic cues and struggle to find the right words for crisp, effective verbal adjustments.

  • You want to teach authentically and bring more personality to your classes, but you compare yourself to others and hold back.

  • You’re excited by the idea of preparing original classes, but find yourself overwhelmed trying to remember sequences and make everything perfect.

  • You hesitate before stepping into new opportunities.

  • You’re ready to feel grounded enough in your teaching to support whoever’s in the room, without second guessing yourself.

If this sounds like you, it's not a flaw… it’s a signal you’re ready for more.

I know how much you care about creating meaningful experiences for your students: teaching yoga classes that flow effortlessly, resonate deeply, and reflect your unique voice. But for many teachers, this path feels uncertain, filled with self-doubt, overthinking, and wondering if they're truly "good enough" or if their class was "good enough."

I've been exactly where you are. Those pre-class nerves, the second-guessing, the hours spent planning only to wonder if it all landed, I've felt it all. The most impactful teachers didn't start out perfect; they grew through mentorship, practice, and commitment to their craft. With over a decade of experience teaching in New York City, I've developed the tools and insights to help me become a stronger, more confident teacher.

Whether you're seeking guidance through 1:1 or group mentorship, I'm here to help you refine your skills, teach with confidence, and bring the most impactful, authentic expression of yourself to every class you lead. Together, we’ll shape what’s already within you.
