a yoga teaching mentorship

Shape Your Voice. Elevate Your Teaching. Teach with Confidence.

The Edit is a 12-week immersive mentorship where your teaching becomes unmistakably yours – refined, resonant and real. This is where your craft takes on its truest form.

This program is for yoga teachers who want to bring depth and their unique energy into every class they lead. You’re already ahead – your foundation is strong. Together, we’ll sharpen your skills, shape your voice, and build the confidence you need to teach with clarity, ease and meaningful presence.

Inside The Edit, we build from your natural strengths – layering in refinement, encouraging individuality and integrating the skills that will reveal your most powerful expression as a teacher.

With my personalized guidance – and the support of an exclusive cohort of fellow yoga teachers – together, we’ll:

  • Develop deeper confidence in your natural capacity to teach.

  • Master the art of sequencing through clear frameworks that allow creativity to unfold.

  • Refine the language, tone and delivery that shapes your unique presence as a teacher

  • Grow within an intimate group of peers, where support and encouragement help you expand into your fullest teaching potential

WHAT’S GETTING IN THE WAY OF YOUR TEACHING BECOMING ART?

You care deeply about your students and your yoga teaching – but behind the scenes, something feels off. You notice things like:

  • You spend hours designing sequences but still second-guess how they’ll land in class.

  • You feel like your teaching isn’t evolving, and your classes feel stagnant or redundant.

  • You wish to put together exciting and fresh yoga classes, but that process feels intimidating. You wonder how other teachers stay so inspired and creative.

  • Your cueing feels repetitive, robotic, or unclear and you struggle coming up with new things to say.

  • You hesitate to take on new teaching opportunities because you feel under-qualified or underprepared.

  • You want to bring more of YOU into your teaching but worry about putting yourself out there.

These are the challenges I see yoga teachers face again and again.

And here’s the good news: every single one of these can be solved.

You walk into class feeling composed and clear. Your sequence is solid, your cues flow effortlessly, and you actually enjoy yourself while teaching. Your students feel it too—they’re engaged, receptive, and leave class telling you, “That was exactly what I needed.”

Imagine This...

not another training.

a transformation.

Most yoga trainings teach you how to lead a class – but not how to truly teach.

The Edit marks the shift. You’ll no longer just guide students from pose to pose. You’ll learn to design classes with clarity and purpose, deliver cues that land, and communicate with language that’s both intentional and resonant.

With real confidence in your skills, you'll finally feel at ease in the seat of the teacher – prepared, present and able to enjoy the experience of teaching.

Inside this mentorship, you’ll deepen the areas most trainings only touch on:

I know how intimidating it can feel to step into teaching– wanting to lead with confidence, but not yet fully owning your voice.

I’ve spent over a decade as a full-time senior yoga teacher in New York City, leading teacher training and mentoring yoga teachers. My retreats have taken me around the world. I’ve refined my process through thousands of hours of teaching– and now, I’m sharing everything I know with you.

Inside The Edit, you’ll gain the tools, structure, and support to teach with intention, style and authority.

Let’s elevate your skills, clarify your voice, help you fall in love with yoga teaching– as a craft, a creative outlet, and a form of expression– so you can offer original classes that leave your students saying, "That was exactly what I needed."
